The site works fine overall, which is more than I can say for some online stores, but it definitely feels a little clunky. A few pages took their sweet time loading, and finding what I wanted wasn’t exactly effortless. Checkout was clear, though, so at least they got the important part right. Not terrible, just not as smooth as it could be.

I’m giving 2 stars because the updates were weak. I kept having to check back myself, and half the time I still didn’t really know what was going on. I don’t need some polished customer-service wording that sounds like it came from a template, I just wanted a straight answer.
